2009 Outstanding Library Service Award - Mr. Kelcy Koga
Principal, Waiakea High School
Waiakea High principal, Mr. Kelcy Koga, is the recipient of 2009 Outstanding Library Service Award. He was recognized and presented with a plaque and bowl at the Spring Conference. His nomination was submitted by his librarian Gloria Kobayashi. Congratulations!
